My desire is to earn your grace,
To make a basis for the gift I take,
Return to chains that in my strength can break,
That I might view myself as someone great,
In my pride I think that I could save,
That my salvation's something I could remake,
And measure man by what he gives and takes,
Instead of how to God his heart relates,
But forever Lord,
You are the author, and the perfecter, my only saviour,
Always Lord,
Your the true mediator, my hearts protector, wonderful saviour,
My rebel heart is fighting for control,
The secret sin that I so closely hold,
My chains are loose but all their weight I bare,
For in my hands I choose to carry them all,
What a pride to think that I could save,
What a love that lifts me from the grave,
What a story of salvations plan,
King of kings hung on a cross for man,
But forever Lord,
You are the author, and the perfecter, my only saviour,
Always Lord,
Your the true mediator, my hearts protector, wonderful saviour,

The first song of yours that I heard thanks to our youngest who’d discovered you on YouTube, so thankful for the ministry and the talents that you’ve been given! Mary Parker
This album is perfect-my new favorite shalom sesh! I could listen to this all day, with tea, The Word, near a body of water as the peace of God washes over me. HalleluYah! I really like the lo-fi sound it reminds me of classics(JDilla, even Air). I can certainly feel the inspiration from Japan in this. The more I listen to JO the more I feel his love for Yeshua and it fills me so much love too. Glory to Abba for this beautiful work of art! It is soul medicine:) Shalom shalom Yaaqova
Absolutely beautiful album! several songs from here are part of my daily shalom sesh, as I like to call it, hah. "Keep My Fire Burning" is like a match for the soul but it's a low burning, clean flame from Holy Spirit that you should never quench, Amen? "Voice That Stills the Raging. Sea" is also a daily listen to bring that shalom my mind needs after a chaotic day...or before one :) "We Have Overcome" is joyful anthem and I just love it. Gets me pumped! Toda raba :) Blessings in Yeshua Yaaqova
